Grandpa

Two years ago today my favorite Grandpa passed away. He was the funnest guy! He made the BEST pancakes in the whole world. He loved trains and sometimes he would take me down to the train tracks to put pennies on the tracks to get smashed. He loved baseball. He always smelled like cologne. He laughed from his big belly like Santa Claus. He loved to play cards, and he always had a deck out on the kitchen table to play Solitaire. He loved old western movies, but he also loved to watch "Porkies". He had the most pristine garden full of tomatoes he would later can and give away to family. He loved to plink out a good tune on the piano. He loved his family more than anything. We love and miss you Grandpa!
